Chuck Cohn

Company President

Chuck is a Navy veteran, who retired from active duty in 2016 after 22 years as a nuclear submarine officer. During his Naval career, he served in operational leadership roles at all levels of command, culminating in service as a Commanding Officer in the submarine force. Additionally, he served in multiple staff leadership roles throughout his career, including as a Branch Head on the Navy Staff in Washington, DC and as a lead Maritime Operations Officer on the US Southern Command Staff in Miami, FL.

Chuck graduated from the US Naval Academy with a B.S. with distinction in Computer Science in 1994. Additionally, he has an M.S. in Computer Science from the Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he was inducted into the business honor society, Beta Gamma Sigma. In his post-Navy career, Chuck is an entrepreneur who has started two businesses in the management consulting and in the training and education spaces. In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Chuck has a passion for educating others and for sharing his leadership experiences. Chuck currently resides in Austin, TX with his wife and 4 kids.
